Brigitte Skeene, co-founder and partner of Talent IQ, has been working in the field of human resources and talent acquisition for over twenty five years. Her career has led her to work both here and internationally for several large companies such as Apple, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Bayer as well as for leading human capital consulting firms such as Korn Ferry.

Maud Laliberté, co-founder and partner of Talent IQ, has worked in talent acquisition and human resources for major Quebec companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Bombardier and Cascades. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to develop an expertise in setting up recruitment teams and implementing talent acquisition processes and systems.

Our logo, a homogeneous whole made up of several elements, is inspired by kintsugi. Both art and technique, kintsugi is an ancestral Japanese process by which pieces of broken porcelain are glued together with gold powder, making it even more valuable than before.

Kintsugi is also an eloquent metaphor for our work. We identify the gaps, carefully repair them in accordance with what existed before, and ensure that the result is unique, more efficient and more valuable.
