Certification
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Certification
Working across cultures with humility and confidence.
Develop the ability to understand cultural differences, question your own assumptions and adapt how you work across different people and contexts.
Using the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) model and its four dimensions, Drive, Knowledge, Strategy and Action, participants learn to better navigate intercultural situations and intentionally adapt their approach.
By the end of the training, each participant leaves with practical strategies and an action plan to strengthen their cultural intelligence and collaborate more effectively across diverse teams.

Inclusive Recruitment Certificate
A hiring process where people feel seen, heard and valued.
Invites participants to examine recruitment through the lens of the candidate experience and recognize where bias and existing practices can influence who is attracted, evaluated and ultimately hired.
Through discussions, case studies and practical exercises, participants learn to mitigate bias, challenge their existing practices and make more inclusive and equitable hiring decisions.
This research-based training was co-developed with Professor Patricia Faison Hewlin of McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
Workshop
Workshop for Hiring Managers
Hiring practices that fully recognize Indigenous talent.
Prepares hiring managers to play an active role in recruiting Indigenous talent, from defining the hiring need through to the final hiring decision.
Participants learn to recognize practices that may unintentionally create barriers, conduct interviews that better recognize the skills and experiences Indigenous candidates bring, and create a culturally safe hiring experience.
By the end of the workshop, managers are better equipped to make informed hiring decisions and become true partners in your Indigenous recruitment strategy.
Workshop
Understanding the Diversity of Indigenous Identity
From awareness to action.
Understand why there is no single Indigenous identity or experience, and how history, systems, belonging and individual journeys shape the identities of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples.
Through reflection, discussion and workplace scenarios, participants learn to recognize how well-intentioned actions can create expectations, assumptions or additional responsibilities for Indigenous employees.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be better equipped to ask rather than assume, respect identity without trying to define it, recognize the whole person beyond their identity, and share responsibility for creating a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Workshop
Welcoming and Onboarding Indigenous Talent
An onboarding experience that honours individual identity.
Helps teams take a critical look at their current onboarding journey to identify practices that foster or may hinder a sense of belonging for Indigenous talent.
Participants explore key considerations for culturally safe onboarding, identify what they can keep, improve or create within their current approach, and leave with concrete actions as well as a practical guide featuring 50 ideas to create a more welcoming, inclusive and culturally relevant onboarding experience.
